Thanks for an enjoyable stay - would definitely stop here again. The hotel is pleasant, spotlessly clean, has excellent location and staff.

We had a great stay at this brand-new hotel. We liked our 9 nights here. Our classic twin room included tea/coffee and Wi-Fi. Everything was good as expected, even so the bathroom was very old.

Their staff were very rude.

The full English breakfast with fresh bread, cakes and pastries was delicious with many choices. Competent, excellent staff were ready to help.

The staff was polite and welcoming, the breakfast offered was enjoyable with a good choice of food. Totally really comfortable stay in the room.

My stay was best, I appreciated that it was clean throughout, with brilliant views and beautiful lovation just off the centre and shops and restaurants. The breakfast was magnificent - lots of meals - fresh bread, pastries and cakes. The pool was heated and I had fine drinks in the outdoor bar. Had no problem using their paid parking, the internet was good.

The venue is not five star, nevertheless it offers gorgeous location and has kind staff.

Good value, a memorable stay. Gorgeous rooms, adequate breakfast with lots of food, UNOBTRUSIVE staff. Bar was fairly clean and good.

Facilities were superb, nonetheless internet was terrible.

Everything was modern and the staff was incredibly attentive! It was centrally located. Astonishing and cheap fruit, fresh bread, pastries, eggs and cheese. Spotless place and thoughtful service.

Early check in & late check out, tranquil location. The units are very specious, surprisingly big. Nice reception: )

Unique place to stay while in Funchal. Rooms and staff were OK, I enjoyed it. Kindness from the whole staff.

Overall a perfect 10/10 stay - good value, considering prices in other hotels. Every detail was nice in this hotel, including staff and location. It was a splendid area, a decent base for me. Nice bedroom and amazing beds. The pool was excellent and the garden - small. Furthermore, parking nearby was a bonus.

With the help of the supportive staff, we had a restful stay. Well-kept hotel, good value, picturesque location and very comfy bed. Comfortable bedroom and luxurious bathroom. It was immaculate and had perfect ocean view.

Nice pool, beautiful views, helpful staff. Furthermore, it had a private parking onsite. There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like O Karoma, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

lovely base for exploring funchal. large rooms, loyal staff. the best was the buffet meal.

a casa do vizinho served dishes within 400 feet off the hotel. located in 2 miles from pico do arieiro. 30 minutes drive to the airport. imaculado coracao de maria district is worth your attention.
